Elliot Wangley is British Secret Service Agent ZZ8. ZZ8 comes from a long line of secret agents who somehow managed to save the day despite themselves. Elliot is generally a kind soul, who most would think is a bit too naive (nice way of saying he's a moron) for someone in his profession. His trustingness usually leads him into trouble. Thank goodness he has a friend in the service.
Jack Brand is British Secret Service Agent ZZ7, the greatest spy on the planet. Brand is also from a long line of secret agents, all of them the greatest of their generations. Brand frequently finds himself having to rescue ZZ8 on his missions, if for no other reason than to save the world.

Arnie Puffield is the leader of SPIT. (Some Pretty Impressive Tyrants.) Not considered a threat by any major law enforcement agency, Arnie is convinced he's the most dangerous villain alive. When he isn't busy screwing up his own plans for world domination, he's dealing with a constant thorn in his side, the agent assigned to keep tabs on him: Elliot Wangley.
Lips O'Plenty is Puffield's secretary, although she is actually employed by a temping agency and treats her duties with Puffield like she would any temp job: with a complete lack of concern for anything but the paycheck. Lips is abrasive and extremely unloyal. She thinks Puffield is an idiot.
